The accumulation of body fat results in the lives of several deadly diseases. These include heart disease, diabetes, etc. Diseases like arthritis, joint pain and high blood pressure are also ramifications of obesity, which can make your life hell. The condition is the joy of your existence. Therefore, it should always be guarded about what you eat, how they live, etc. Our ancestors used to eat everything, but never obese, just for two reasons. First, consumption of foods that used to be at irregular intervals. Secondly, there are no fixed schedule of eating. Always snacked as opposed to food prepared in our current generation. There were a lot of exercise by running after prey and foraging.
From this it is evident that the irregular consumption and snacks can help solve their weight accumulation. It is no use running after the products of so-called loss of weight or just sit and wonder how to lose body fat. Sufficient quantities of drinking water etc simple exercises can complement their efforts to reduce weight. Appetite suppressants and other weight loss products like pills may not only be ineffective in many respects but can also be detrimental in the long term.
It is not possible for us to return to the way our ancestors lived. Our busy lives and hunger for success will not allow us to do that. We are a civilized generation where machines do most of the physical works. But amid all this, you can still live healthy and be slim and attractive if you care to space your meals irregularly and vary the amount of food consumed in different foods
